Terms of Use

When you access the website, register a product account or sign a service contract with SID Corp, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you represent an organisation, you warrant that you have sufficient authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the services.

SID Corp may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use after changes take effect is deemed acceptance of the revised content.

SID Corp is a software and technology solutions company for businesses, with a team of over 120 people, serving domestic and international clients since 2018.

Our services and products include:

• Software development services — receiving requirements, advising on solutions and quoting for clearly scoped work, working with a transparent process, frequent progress updates and phased delivery.
• Platforms we have built — SID has built platforms such as DodgePrint (multi-channel selling), Teamix (HR management), AnHome (rental property management), Bozuro (CDP and Email/SMS Marketing), BounceCheck (email verification), Helpdesk (customer support) and ePOD System (online storefront builder).

We may adjust, upgrade or discontinue some features to improve quality. For changes that materially affect the service you use, we will give reasonable advance notice.

You have the right to use the services within the agreed scope, and the obligation to use them lawfully, honestly and without harming the system or third parties.

Your rights

• Use the services and products according to the package and scope in the contract or subscription terms.
• Receive technical support and phased handover as committed.
• Have your information kept confidential under Section 6.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or collaborating on a project.
• Keep your login credentials secure and be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Not use the services for unlawful purposes, intellectual-property infringement, distributing malware, or unauthorised interference with the system.
• Pay in full and on time as agreed (see Section 5).

Intellectual property rights in the source code and delivered product are transferred to the client once the client has paid the full contract value.

• Before full payment — SID Corp retains all intellectual property rights in the source code, documentation and intermediate deliverables of the project.
• After full payment — intellectual property rights in the work built specifically for you are transferred to you within the scope of the contract.
• Exceptions — SID Corp's libraries, frameworks, internal tools, know-how and shared components remain owned by SID Corp; you are granted a license to the extent needed to operate the product.
• Subscription platforms — for DodgePrint, Teamix, Bozuro, BounceCheck, Helpdesk, ePOD System and AnHome, you are granted a subscription-based right of use; all intellectual property in the platform remains with SID Corp.

SID Corp's brand, logo and product names may not be used without written consent.

SID Corp provides clear quotes for clearly scoped work, helping you plan your budget from the outset.

• A quote is valid for the period stated on it; after that period, pricing and timeline may be updated.
• Payment terms, milestone payment schedules and methods are set out in the specific contract or order.
• For subscription products, fees are charged per the chosen cycle; late payment may lead to service suspension.
• Unless applicable law provides otherwise, amounts paid for completed work are non-refundable.
• Taxes, fees and related financial obligations are determined under applicable law.
• Refund and cancellation policies apply according to the specific service contract between the two parties.

SID Corp takes information confidentiality seriously and is ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) from the outset, so you can confidently share your ideas and data.

• We commit to protecting the information, data and intellectual property you provide during our collaboration.
• Our infrastructure runs on HTTPS and Kubernetes, with security as a priority in design and operation.
• Your information is used only for the agreed purpose of providing the services, and is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate, or when lawfully required by a competent authority.
• Processing of personal data is carried out under SID Corp's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Services and products are provided on a professional best-effort basis, within the agreed scope and conditions.

• SID Corp is not liable for indirect or incidental damage, lost profit or data loss arising from use outside our guidance, or from third-party faults.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SID Corp's total liability for any one claim does not exceed the amount you paid for the related service in the most recent period under the service agreement between the two parties.
• SID Corp does not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted operation, except for specific SLA/uptime commitments stated in the contract.
• You are responsible for backing up your data and complying with the laws applicable to your business.

Each party may terminate use of the services under the conditions set out in the contract or these Terms.

• SID Corp may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach the Terms, fail to pay, or use the services unlawfully.
• You may terminate a subscription service according to the cycle you registered for; financial obligations already incurred must still be settled.
• On termination, the provisions on intellectual property, confidentiality, payment and limitation of liability continue to apply.
• SID Corp will support data handover within a reasonable time as set out in the contract.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Vietnam.

Any dispute will first be prioritised for amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought to the competent authority under the laws of Vietnam.
